Discovery session
An introductory call or meeting will be organised with one of our HR team members providing you with in-depth information on our company’s strategy, while discussing the position and responsibilities in further details. We will also take this opportunity to learn more about your skills, strengths and [expectations/ ambitions], to ensure full alignment between your profile and your potential position within the firm.

Line Manager meeting(s)
Over one or two meetings, you will meet with one or more of your future line managers, those who will collaborate with you closely in your day-to-day role. These meetings offer a valuable opportunity for both sides to deepen their understanding of each other: you’ll gain insight into the team’s working style, expectations, and the role’s practical requirements, while we take a closer look at your technical skills, level of expertise, and overall seniority. This is also a key moment to align on mutual expectations and ensure a strong fit, both professionally and culturally.

Reference check
Depending on the profile and the position, we may require two reference checks from direct supervisors with whom you have previously worked. In this respect, we will ask you to provide us with at least 2 referees who could be reached for this purpose.
