Amélie joined the Corporate team on May 2023.
She previously gained experience through internships in Parisian law firms and worked as an in-house jurist for two German companies of a French group.
At Stellan Partners, Amélie is involved in a wide range of corporate matters in the context of corporate restructuring and private equity transactions, as well as in acquisition projects, notably with our German speaking clients.
