Cedric RAFFOUL

Cedric is heading the Banking, Finance & Capital Markets practice at Stellan Parners in Luxembourg. Prior to joining the firm in February 2022, Cedric worked in the banking and capital markets practice of international law firms in both Paris (France) and Luxembourg. 

Cedric advises clients on all types of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured bank lending, acquisition and asset finance and has an extensive experience in securities law and capital markets regulation. He advises Luxembourg and foreign corporate clients and financial institutions on capital markets and financing transactions, including debt and equity transactions, initial public offerings, takeovers, placement of securities, buy-backs of securities, liability management transactions, listings and all related regulatory matters.
