Eleonore joined the corporate team of in November 2022.
She had previously gained experience working as a legal counsel in the corporate department of multinational companies in Paris and as an intern in the corporate and M&A departments of American law firms based in Paris. At Stellan Partners, Eleonore is involved in a wide range of corporate matters in the context of corporate restructuring and private equity transactions, as well as in acquisition projects.
