Elsa BECKER

Elsa joined the firm in April 2023. Before joining Stellan Partners, Elsa worked for ten years in the banking and capital markets practice of two international law firms in Luxembourg.  

As part of the Banking, Finance & Capital Markets team, she is involved in all types of national and cross-border financing transactions, including secured and unsecured bank lending, acquisition and asset finance. She also assists Luxembourg and foreign corporate clients and financial institutions on capital markets transactions, including debt and equity offerings as well as listings of securities on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
