Eric is a Senior Associate in the Employment team of Stellan Partners. Before joining the firm in October 2023, Eric worked for five years in the Labour Law practice of a Magic Circle law firm in Luxembourg.
At Stellan Partners, Eric works on all legal issues related to the day-to-day Labour Law needs of our clients. He advises clients at all stages of the employment relationship: drafting of employment contracts, issues during the employment relationship, termination of the employment contract and litigation where appropriate.
Additionally, Eric is specialized in the areas of global employment contracts, remuneration policies, complementary pension schemes and business permits/licenses.
