Jean-Baptiste JOANNARD-LARDANT

Jean-Baptiste works as a Senior Associate in the Banking and Capital Markets practice.  

He has a 3-year experience in the corporate structuring services department of PwC Luxembourg and then joined the Corporate practice of the firm in 2018 where he advised Luxembourg and foreign clients on corporate structuring projects.  

As part of the Banking, Finance & Capital Markets practice, Jean-Baptiste advises clients on all types of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured bank lending, acquisition and asset finance. He advises Luxembourg and foreign corporate clients and financial institutions on capital markets transactions and all related regulatory matters.
