Jeremy C.D. Evans

Jeremy is an Associate in the Alternative Funds & Investor Services team. His practice focusses predominantly on assisting sponsors with the structuring and formation of their investment funds, drafting and preparing all pertinent documentation accordingly. Jeremy also acts for investors in connection with fund document, side letter and related commercial negotiations.

Being a native English speaker, Jeremy’s client base tends to be concentrated in the UK and the US, particularly for fund managers seeking to establish investment funds in Luxembourg as a gateway to European investors. Jeremy is also fluent in Spanish, and is increasingly focused on expanding his client portfolio in the LATAM region.

Jeremy is qualified to practice in Luxembourg, England & Wales and Gibraltar. He has both onshore and offshore experience, having worked in London, Washington D.C. and Gibraltar, prior to moving to Luxembourg.
