Kelly Moulla

Kelly joined the Corporate & M&A department of Stellan Partners in September 2025.​

Prior to joining the firm, Kelly gained significant experience in private equity, M&A and corporate law, within the Corporate Banking Finance department of a renowned law firm, in Luxembourg, where she worked for seven years as a senior associate. ​

After her studies in France and in the United States, Kelly worked for an IP litigation and prosecution law firm in Chicago, Illinois, developing her understanding and knowledge of US laws and business.​

At Stellan Partners, Kelly is actively involved in an array of international transactions and corporate matters. She advises clients on a wide range of corporate operations and complex cross-border reorganisations, including cross-border acquisitions, mergers, migrations, spin-offs. ​

Kelly has developed strong expertise in M&A transactions, where she assists clients through the due diligence process, deal structurings, contract negotiations and transaction closings. She leads teams to ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency, while maintaining close coordination with clients and public authorities.​
