Marc is a Senior Counsel in the Corporate team and has over 20 years’ experience. He specialises in private equity, mergers & acquisitions and corporate structuring.
He advises a large scale of international clients with respect to legal aspects of restructuring transactions, private equity deals, mergers, acquisitions, migrations, joint-ventures, financings and liquidations.
Marc provides recurrent assistance to clients on Luxembourg commercial law aspects as well as corporate governance guidance.
He assists clients on the coordination of their projects from the analysis phase to implementation, including liaising with local and foreign parties.
