Maxime GILOT

Maxime is a Counsel in the Corporate department. He has a 5-year experience in the corporate structuring services department of PwC Luxembourg. He then decided to join the Corporate, M&A and Restructuring department of the firm in 2018. 

At Stellan Partners, Maxime has been involved in various restructuring transactions, including complex structures’ reorganization with hybrid financial instruments. Maxime has also been involved in merger/demerger transactions (national and cross-border projects), cross-border migrations and day-to-day corporate work. Maxime is interacting with our clients on a daily basis, coordinating the work amongst the team members and monitoring the preparation of the legal documentation or relevant legal researches. He implements corporate solutions for clients, including liaising with tax and accountant experts.
