Roberta FALCO

Roberta is a Junior Associate in our Corporate and M&A team. 

Prior to joining the firm, she gained valuable experience working as an intern in the litigation, corporate and M&A departments of an Italian law firm based in Naples. She also spent over two years in the Luxembourg market working as associate in the corporate and M&A departments of international Luxembourg law firms and international companies. 

At Stellan Partners, Roberta handles a wide range of corporate matters, including corporate restructuring transactions as well as acquisition projects. She notably supports our Italian-speaking clients in these areas.
