Viktorya joined the Corporate and M&A team in May 2025.
Prior to joining the law firm, she gained valuable experience working for over two years as an intern in the Corporate and M&A departments of two leading Anglo-Saxon law firms based in Paris.
At Stellan Partners, Viktorya is involved in a broad range of corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate restructuring transactions.
In addition to her proficiency in English and French, Viktorya is fluent in Turkish, a valuable linguistic asset that enables her to provide tailored and effective advice to Turkish-speaking clients.
